I rarely buy flavoured yogurts because they are packed with sugar. This is therefore a great alternative because you can control 1) the type of yogurt you use 2) the amount of sweetener.
It's barely a recipe because it's so simple and easy to make. You just mix a few ingredients together. You could also make a large batch of this and pop in in the fridge.
Ingredients
Serves 1
100g yogurt
70g strawberries (fresh or frozen, plus extra for topping)
1 tsp honey
Granola
(notes, variations and substitutions found below the method)
Method
Mash the strawberries and mix them together with the yogurt and honey. Top with granola and fresh strawberries.
Notes, variations and substitutions
Yogurt: Use any yogurt you like. I really like this with soy yogurt - it's amazing!
Berries: Obviously this is super adaptable - try with raspberries or blackberries.
Honey: add more or less depending on what you fancy.
