Coffee yogurt bowl

This is barely a recipe, but I thought I would share it because I love the ease and simplicity of this delicious breakfast.

The coffee and granola, particularly a nutty granola, is just stunning. And paired with a dollop of nut butter, you can't get much better than that. Make it the night before to take with you on the go.


Ingredients

Serves 1

Coffee yogurt

  • 120 ml yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp strong coffee

  • 1 tsp honey

Toppings

  • Handful of granola

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • Handful of berries

Method

Mix together the yogurt, coffee and honey. Spread this mixture in a bowl and top with whatever you would like.


Notes, variations and substitutions

  • Yogurt: Use any yogurt you fancy - I usually use regular yogurt although I also really like Alpro soy yogurt.

This sounds like the perfect, easy breakfast for busy mornings! The combination of coffee, granola, and nut butter is pure genius. I’d love to try it with Water Process Decaf for a smooth coffee flavor without the caffeine kick. Definitely adding this to my morning routine!
