This is barely a recipe, but I thought I would share it because I love the ease and simplicity of this delicious breakfast.
The coffee and granola, particularly a nutty granola, is just stunning. And paired with a dollop of nut butter, you can't get much better than that. Make it the night before to take with you on the go.
Ingredients
Serves 1
Coffee yogurt
120 ml yogurt
1/2 tsp strong coffee
1 tsp honey
Toppings
Handful of granola
1 tbsp nut butter
Handful of berries

Method
Mix together the yogurt, coffee and honey. Spread this mixture in a bowl and top with whatever you would like.

Yogurt: Use any yogurt you fancy - I usually use regular yogurt although I also really like Alpro soy yogurt.
