Simple, sweet and scummy.

These are super easy to make and so delicious. All you need is 4 or 5 ingredients and a blender of some sort. These came to me in a moment of hunger, when I was craving something sweet but filling too. So the oats here are a great low GI carb, so will give you energy. The peanut butter is a great protein source, use a good pure peanut butter if you have it, but no worries if not. Honey is a natural sweetener so no refined sugar needed (although you could use golden syrup if you want) and cinnamon is super good for your digestion.
I have two variations here, a peanut, honey and cinnamon ball and a peanut, honey and chocolate ball. My favourite is the cinnamon one, which I have now become slightly obsessed with and have consumed a fair few whilst creating these! Of course housemates were roped in for additional late night recipe testing, they went down well. Enjoy!

Peanut, honey and cinnamon balls
Or
Peanut, honey and chocolate balls
The recipe below is the same for both, just decide whether you want cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Makes 8
Ingredients:
1 cup Oats
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon or 4 tsp cocoa/cacao powder
Method:
Pulse the oats in a food processor or a blender until coarse but not as fine as flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for a further 10 seconds to bring the mixture together. Squeeze the mixture into walnut sized balls. That's it!
